President Eamonn Birchall welcomed representatives from many Boards/Clubs to the Anner Hotel to either vote yes or no for the proposed Strategic Plan 2013-2016.      

All reps had their speak and a long debate took place on this issue. after all comments where taken on board the Vice President Padraig O'Shea moved a proposal to have the new plan accepted, this was seconded by Jason O'Connor from Deerpark club as there was no objections the new Strategic Plan 2013-2016 was carried.
