Just a point of clarification on the recent changes to the Provincial Championships, the idea behind the changes was to encourage the higher handicappers in the Grades to participate in these types of competitions and to give them a fair chance against the lower handicappers in the Grades.

The NEC feels these changes should be given a chance to succeed and increase the participation in Competitions.
