2026 National Gents Senior Strokeplay Championship Results
The 2026 National Gents Senior Strokeplay Championship produced some excellent scoring and a very competitive finish in Tullamore over the weekend.
John Cahill of Fermoy delivered an outstanding performance to claim the National title with a superb final score of -26, finishing five shots clear of the field.
With three players tied on -21, the remaining leading positions were decided on countback. Stephen O’Reilly of Hillview secured second place, followed by John Walsh of Collins in third and Ian Dillon of St Bridget’s in fourth. Jason Cregan of Tralee completed the top five with a score of -20.

- 2nd: Stephen O’Reilly (Hillview) — -21 (B6)
- 3rd: John Walsh (Collins) — -21 (B18)
- 4th: Ian Dillon (St Bridget’s) — -21
- 5th: Jason Cregan (Tralee) — -20 (B18)
