Following recent enquires the NEC wishes to announce that it will run and U20 Strokeplay Championship this year but it will take place during the month of September and not at the U16 events in Seapoint this month. 

Confirmation of date and venue will follow next week. 

Elsewhere the NEC have decided to run the National Inter-Club competition on September 23rd as previously mooted following significant declarations of interest. Entry forms will be available shortly and the price per team will be €60. Venue TBA in due course as well.
