Convention Booklets along with Authorisation Forms have now been emailed and posted to all club and county Board secretaries.

Please note that there are specific Forms for Clubs and County Boards.(available in the download section under General) 

***Reminder*** that the completed Hard copy of the relevant authorisation form must be completed and handed in ‘ in person ‘ at the convention to receive voting card.

Additionally 

Could I please request that all County Boards present themselves as a complete group, together.  

This will help expedite the process and ensure the accuracy of our numbers.
