We have organised two Webinars to give advice and tips to club athletes, players and coaches of all sports affected by Lockdown.

The main themes of the Webinars will be good practice models in relation to remote training and coaching energy in the remote environment and on building resilience and developing mental strength and coping skills.

The first Webinar entitled “Resilience” takes place this coming Monday night, March 15th at 7.30pm and I’ve included the detail and the registration link below.

The second Webinar with Keith Barry takes place on March 29th and I’ll send you the link for this in due course.
