The Munster/Connacht Coordinator in consultation with his sub-committee has decided to trial some new ideas in this year’s Munster Strokeplay. This year’s qualifying spots will be based on the percentage of entries in each grade against the overall entry. Therefore Seniors will have 21 spots, Intermediates 42 spots and Juniors 33 spots. This will be trialled this year and can be re-evaluated for 2017 if needed. It is also our intention to continue with shotgun starts in St Anne's and have a playoff for all grades.
